Return Policy

1. Returns

We do not accept general returns or exchanges. A return will only be accepted under the following condition:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return in such a case:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Clear photo or video proof of the damage must be provided at the time of the return request.

Non-Returnable Items:

All products are non-returnable except in case of damage or defect. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable or consumable goods

Note:

We reserve the right to reject return requests if the claim is found to be invalid or not supported with appropriate evidence.

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery and
  • A valid return request is approved by our team.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment or via another agreed method.

No Refunds Will Be Provided For:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective
  • Any item returned after the return window (2 days from delivery)
  • Products returned without proper evidence (photo/video proof)
  • Non-returnable categories such as personal care, customized items, or perishable goods

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was sent by us.

 

Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the case of damaged or defective products received at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
  • You must provide photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.

Exchange Not Applicable For:

  • Personal care items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Products without valid damage claims

Exchange Process:

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the exchange.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund as per our Refund Policy.
