• A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order is shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time:
  • Domestic shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • International shipping may take longer.
• Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, and courier delays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping is available across India.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Customers receive an email or SMS with a tracking link after shipment.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• In case of lost shipments, an investigation will be initiated with the courier partner.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, customers must report within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.
• The issue will be resolved with the courier partner.
